How to refer a new client

You can book your client online directly with our therapists and provide any relevant information.  A confirmation can be printed immediately or emailed to your client. 

Referral letter

Simply provide a referral letter and our friendly team can contact your client to book an appointment at their convenience.

You DON’T need a referral to see one of our Hand Therapists.


 Please bring any documents you have (e.g. Xray, Scan results, referrals) as , as this will assist us to provide a comprehensive session.

 You DO need a referral from either your GP or Specialist to enable us to claim direct through your insurance fund.  


 Please bring any documents you have (e.g. Xray, Scan results, referrals) as well as any claiming information such as insurance details and claim numbers if applicable, as this will assist us to provide a comprehensive session.

We treat clients referred under Chronic Disease Management Plan (previously known as an Enhanced Primary Care Program). Clients are required to pay on the day of consultation and our administrative team can claim a rebate of $52.95 on their behalf.
